Les Schwab Credit

If you’ve just opened your credit account, or if you previously didn’t have a balance, your account can be accessed after you receive your first paper statement following your new charge.

If you’re new to My Les Schwab, click here to get started. Your Les Schwab credit account can be added once you’re signed up. For existing My Les Schwab users, simply log in now and look for the “Verify Credit Account” link in the middle of your Dashboard. You can apply to open a credit account if you don’t have one.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards. You can also pay directly from your financial institution’s savings or checking account.

No. There are no fees for using these services.

No. You can make a one-time payment online by clicking on Pay Now and entering in your account number and the last four digits of the phone number associated with your Les Schwab credit account. You can also pay by phone anytime at 844-486-5252 or pay by mail.

Yes. If you enroll in our online payment service, you will receive an email reminding you that a payment is due.

Please check your junk email folder. It is possible that the spam filters on your email account have blocked messages from Les Schwab.

To set up or cancel recurring monthly payments, log in to the Les Schwab online Bill Pay service.

Once your credit account has been added to your My Les Schwab profile, you can log in to My Les Schwab to view your credit balance and access account history. You will also receive a confirmation number by email once the payment has been successfully recorded. We recommend saving your payment confirmation number for future reference.

Posting times depend on when the Les Schwab retail credit payment is received. 

Before 5 p.m.: Post the same business day.

After 5 p.m.: Post the next business day.

Sundays & Bank Holidays: Post the next business day.

There may be a delay before your available credit is updated, even after a payment is successfully posted to your account.

• Processing Time: It can take 1–3 business days for your financial institution to fully clear the funds.
• Safety Holds: To prevent fraud or returned payments, your available credit might not refresh until the transaction is finalized.
