I graduated from mechanic school in Phoenix, Arizona before starting my career as an alignment technician in the Les Schwab store located in Mountain Home, Idaho. I worked my way up to an assistant manager position in the Spokane, Washington store. I was later promoted to manager of the Burien, Washington store. Today, 23 years after starting my career with Les Schwab, there are over 380 stores. Working for Les Schwab has been an unbelievable experience. The company truly values its employees and provides amazing benefits, like a generous medical, vacation, and bonus and retirement program. I came to work at Les Schwab in 1997 in Spanaway Washington as a Sales & Administrative employee. I worked there for one year before I transferred to one of our stores in Tacoma, Washington. I worked in Tacoma for five years as Sales & Administrative before I transferred to the Sales & Service position, where I worked for 2 years before my promotion to management. Today, I am the Assistant Manager at Murphy's Corner Tire Center. I love my job and the opportunities and benefits it has provided to me and my family.
