General Job Description:  Sales and Administrative employees are responsible for providing sales assistance to the customer, and processing sales and service related functions such as, invoices, credit applications, bank deposits, payroll, sales tax reconciliation and inventory receiving.  To carry out these functions, it is necessary for the Sales and Administrative employee be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers.  Sales and Administrative employees are also required to drive customers to their destination and pick up products from other locations.

General Job Description:  Sales and Service employees are responsible for providing sales and services to the customer.  This requires an extensive knowledge of all stages of service, from questions regarding tires, wheels, batteries or other related products, to the sale and installation of those products.  Installation options are numerous and require extensive use of machines and tools.  The Sales and Service employee will also test drive customer vehicles and provide service calls to remote locations.

General Job Description:  Alignment and brake technicians are responsible for providing service which includes operating equipment such as grinders, brake lathes and bleeders, hoists, alignment machines, strut compressors, air guns, bearing packers, and installing brakes, shocks, struts and front end parts.  Alignment and brake technicians need to be able to effectively communicate with customers the nature of the service needed and test drive vehicles after service has been provided.  Alignment and brake technicians are required to test drive customer vehicles.
